Of course, the journey from being an amateur to becoming a professional is long and full of challenges. So, I allowed it would be a good idea to share my experience with you.

Patience is the key if you want to earn substantial income from blogging. As I said, it took me years to become a blogger with a somewhat stable income. If you start blogging from scratch, don't expect to get paid for 1 to 2 years. And don't be surprised if your new blog has no visitors. It takes time to go.
The stylish way to start a blog is today. You won't be making money anytime soon, but your blog will become a long-term investment if you put some effort into it. For those of you who have just started a website, don't rush to monetize them.
Sometimes, your investment may fail to generate profit. Yet with a blog, you can still get a value out of it. Your writings will become your portfolio, and you have done something valuable with your time. In fact, this is how I earn many opportunities, thanks to my blogs.
I learned that publishing blog articles are like having employees. Your articles will generate money for you. So, it would be best if you treated your writing with care. Ensure that whenever you write something, write it with the conviction that the article can make you money.

However, you need to find a way to present your ideas in your own original way. You need to find your writing style, and you need to be able to combine different ideas into a concise main article.
Here is an example. If you search for "blogging tips" on Google, you will find at least 48,700,000 websites. So, this blog, SofanMax, is definitely not the most original on the subject. There are literally millions of other places. And yet, my content is unique. I write them in my own way and filter those ideas through my own perspective. That way, I create something that has value.
Then, professional bloggers must be hard on themselves, maintain a strict schedule and consistency, and have the discipline to write and publish articles regularly.
Being consistent is probably the most challenging thing about being a blogger, or at least, it is with me. When your visitor's drop or your Adsense isn't generating much money, it's easy to get discouraged. But you have to keep going because blogging is a continuous process.
Breathing as a blogger means you command to be prepared for the unexpected. The Internet is a dynamic place constantly changing in the blink of an eye. Some days, your visitors may drop suddenly, and you must be prepared for that eventuality.
You're essentially at the mercy of the ever-changing Google algorithm.
To reduce the risk arising from volatility, you need to diversify. To be a successful blogger, you need to manage several websites. Yes, your income sources will multiply when you have multiple blogs.
In fact, if you want to make a living from blogging, you need to own more than one website. When one blog's performance goes down, you'll still have another website to back you up.
Being a blogger basically means publishing your own book. So, it would be best if you made sure that readers want to read what you write. Read your own writing objectively, and put yourself in your readers' perspective.

Providing high-quality images is essential if your blog deals with marketing or reviews. Articles featuring tutorials will also benefit significantly from ideas. Show readers the steps through photos and screenshots.
If you have read about online marketing, this conception won't be foreign to you. Experts will tell you repeatedly that social media will increase your traffic. And here, I will reiterate the importance of social media for the sustainability of your blog.
Posting your rant on social media will not earn you money. Write your opinion on your blog, and post the link on your social media. Now, this is the best way to use social media. You don't get paid for tweeting your opinion, but you will get some traffic if you tweet your link!
Social media presence will help your blog get indexed faster. For example, posting an article may take some time for the link to appear on Google. But, if I post that link on Reddit, the Reddit post will show up on Google almost immediately.
